A lot of learning is learning something, then learning something else so you have to change your mind. Being able to draw connections between different facets of knowledge creates an advantage, but it is an advantage that must be continually evolved. The reflective essay below was a good exercise in seeing how far my thinking has come with the education and experience taken to date, while still acknowledging how far my thinking needs to go. Learning is never finished.
